By purchasing a fishing permit, the buyer enters into an agreement with the Association and agrees to comply with all fishing regulations.
In addition to the fishing regulations, permit holders are expected to behave respectfully towards the Association’s members, officials and fellow anglers.
This requirement also applies to conduct on social media and in other public forums where inappropriate behaviour may damage the Association’s activities or reputation.
If the Association considers that a person has behaved or acted in an inappropriate manner, it reserves the right to refuse that person the purchase of a fishing permit for a specified period and to cancel any fishing permit already issued.
